Job postings – ALL job postings are 30 days. You can renew expired job postings from your console if you have available job posting credits.
Featured job postings – Featured jobs are also posted for 30 days, and are rotated thru on the hompage, as well as tagged ‘Featured’ to stand out in job listings.
Messaging and Job Invitations – We allow you to connect with qualified candidates directly by messaging them, or inviting them to apply for one of your job postings.
Resume downloads - We offer resume download packages as well as ad-hoc resume downloads. Simply choose the number of resume downloads you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout.
Once your job is posted, you will NOT be able to make any chanages. You will be able to 'Preview' your
job before posting it. Please be sure that all of the information in your job posting is correct before posting. Otherwise you may have to 'deactivate' your job posting, and post the job again.
If you do not have available job credits, you can 'Save' your job posting, and post it at a later date. Your 'Saved' job posting will show in your job queue as 'deactive' until you activate it.
Education – Choose preferred degree levels for your job posting.
Experience – Choose preferred experience levels of candidates that you are targeting.
Skills – Choose relevant skills for your job postings. Skill tags are clickable/searchable, and this will improve visibility.
Remote Options - Choose your remote options. Remote - Yes means candidates can be located anywhere, in any time-zone, with no on-site time required. Remote - No means candidates must be able to commute to an office location. Remote - Partial means candidates may be required to be on-site at some future date, or may be required to be on-site periodically or temporarily.
Location(s) – You can choose multiple locations for any individual job posting. Your jobs will be displayed to candidates who are searching for jobs in any of those locations, within 20, 50, and 100 miles.
Job Title and Description – Please keep this concise and descriptive.
Compensation and Perks – You may choose to keep salary and perks confidential, but posting the ‘minimum base salary’ and any relevant ‘perks’ will give you much greater visibility on the system. We highly recommend that you include information about base salary and perks.
Application Routing – You can choose to route applicants to your ATS system, or receive job applicant information by email. If you choose to route applicants to your ATS system, you will NOT receive applicant information by email.
